This beautiful finca is located in an excellent location, just a few minutes away from the famous village of Santanyí. The property has been designed with great attention to detail to create an atmosphere of relaxation and wellbeing.
There are sport facilities such as beach volleyball, a FIFA football pitch, a petanque court as well as an exceptionally large swimming pool with a lounge bar and various chill-out areas.
In the main house in Mediterranean style with 3 floors we find a wonderful entrance hall leading to a modern kitchen with central island, a living-dining room, 2 double bedrooms with bathrooms en suite, a guest area with separate kitchenette and 2 further double bedrooms with bathrooms en suite, an office, a sauna, and a wine cellar.
Practically all rooms on the ground floor have direct access to a large roof terrace with a dining room, a lounge, and a bar. The lower level of the house has a small courtyard with a waterfall and plants, which creates a special and relaxing space.
